Manpower and labour supply across the UAE, on site in 24 hours

NSTC supplies manpower and labour to contractors working anywhere in the United Arab Emirates. Established in 2005, the group has 300+ workers under its own sponsorship. Tell us the trades, quantities, site and dates. We can have workers on your site within 24 hours.

What NSTC supplies

You are buying people, not a subcontract. NSTC supplies workers who stay on our sponsorship and payroll and work under your site supervision, to your programme and your method statements. That keeps the commercial arrangement simple: you tell us the trade, the grade and how many, and we tell you what we can put on site and on what terms.

Every worker we put forward has been trade tested before deployment. Once a requirement is confirmed we can have workers on your site within 24 hours, for any trade in the catalogue at a reasonable quantity. Qualifications and commercial terms are settled per enquiry.

The trades we supply

Every trade below is tested by NSTC before a worker joins the roster, and supplied under our own sponsorship. Pick the trade you need and we come back with grades, availability and rates.

Welders

Certified TIG, MIG and arc welders, tested to the welding procedure your project specifies, supplied to contractors and plant operators across the UAE.

Riggers

Third-party certified riggers, crane slingers and banksmen supplied for lifting operations, erection scopes and shutdowns across the UAE.

Masons

Block masons, plasterers and tilers supplied to building contractors across the UAE, graded on line, level and finish quality rather than claimed experience.

Where we supply

NSTC serves all seven emirates. Three of them have a named group company; serving an emirate does not mean we keep a branch office there.

Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are served from the same group under the same arrangements.

Common questions

How many workers can you supply at once?
The group holds 300+ workers under its own sponsorship, and we can put workers on your site within 24 hours for any trade in the catalogue at a reasonable quantity. That 300+ is a total across all trades and current deployments, so send the requirement and we will confirm exactly what we can commit to.
Do the workers stay on your sponsorship?
Yes. Workers supplied under this arrangement remain under NSTC group sponsorship and on our payroll, and work under your site supervision.
What do you need from me to quote?
The trades and quantities, the emirate and site, the expected start date, the likely duration, the working hours or shift pattern, and any certification or trade test the project requires. Anything you can tell us about accommodation, transport and food responsibilities also affects the rate.
Are the workers trade tested?
Yes. Workers are trade tested before deployment. Where a project requires a specific third-party certification or client-witnessed test, tell us at enquiry stage so we can confirm whether we can meet it.
Which trades do you actually supply?
The catalogue on this page lists the 112 roles we hold on file, grouped the way procurement teams buy them. Listing a role means we can supply against it, with workers on site within 24 hours of a confirmed requirement.
Do you also take on the whole scope?
Separately, yes. NSTC also carries out labour-only lump-sum technical contracting, where we take responsibility for completing a defined scope rather than supplying people by the head.
