Skilled electrician supply in the UAE

Electricians, cable pullers, jointers and panel wiremen supplied to MEP contractors, industrial plants and facilities teams across the UAE.

Electrical manpower is where the gap between a worker who can pull cable and one who can terminate a panel to drawing shows up fastest. We grade electricians on what they can actually complete unsupervised, and we tell you the grade before you accept them.

NSTC supplies electrical trades to MEP subcontractors, industrial plant maintenance teams and facilities contractors. Our Dubai and Abu Dhabi group companies let us place crews close to the site, which matters on jobs where a crew travelling two emirates each way loses an hour of productive time each end.

For projects that need the electrical scope taken rather than the labour supplied, our technical contracting arm handles electromechanical installation under your method statements.

Grades and roles we supply

RoleWhat the grade covers
Electrical supervisorRuns the electrical crew, reads single line and layout drawings, coordinates with the main contractor and handles inspection requests.
Chargehand electricianLeads a small gang, sets out work from drawings and checks the crew output before it goes to inspection.
Electrician (wireman)Containment, wiring, accessories, lighting and small power installation and termination to drawing.
Cable pullerLV and MV cable pulling, laying, dressing and glanding in trays, trenches and risers as part of a pulling gang.
Cable jointer and terminatorTerminations and joints on LV and MV cable, including glanding, shrouding and continuity checks.
Panel wiremanWiring of distribution boards, motor control centres and control panels to schematic, with ferruling and labelling.
Instrumentation technicianField instrument installation, loop wiring, tray and conduit for instrumentation and control systems.

What we verify before deployment

  • Trade test on drawing interpretation, because reading a layout and a single line diagram is the difference between an electrician and a helper.
  • Practical assessment on termination quality, containment and cable dressing before the worker joins the deployment roster.
  • Valid UAE labour card and health card, plus a site safety card where the project requires one.
  • Safe isolation and lock-out awareness, including permit-to-work discipline on live industrial sites.
  • Authority familiarity with DEWA, SEWA, ADDC and FEWA inspection expectations where the scope touches utility supply.

Common questions

Can your electricians work on live industrial sites?
Our electricians are assessed on safe isolation and lock-out discipline and work under the permit-to-work system operating on your site. Live working itself is governed by your own procedures and authorisations, which we follow rather than override.
Do you supply electricians for short maintenance calls?
Yes. We supply single electricians on daily or monthly rates as well as full crews. For facilities contractors with fluctuating workload, a small standing crew with the ability to scale is usually more economical than hiring for peak.
What is the difference between your electrician grades?
A wireman installs and terminates to drawing unsupervised. A chargehand leads a small gang and checks output before inspection. A supervisor runs the crew, handles drawings and coordinates inspection with the main contractor. We confirm the grade in writing before deployment.
Do the electricians bring their own tools?
Hand tools are normally carried by the electrician. Power tools, test instruments, ladders, access equipment and PPE are usually provided by the client on a manpower supply arrangement, but we can quote for supplying them.
