Skilled plumber supply in the UAE

Plumbers, drainage fitters and firefighting pipe fitters supplied to MEP contractors, hotels and industrial sites across the UAE.

Plumbing manpower on a UAE tower or hotel project lives or dies on first-fix accuracy. A plumber who sets out sleeves and drainage falls correctly saves weeks of chasing later; one who does not creates rework that surfaces at testing.

NSTC grades plumbers on what they can complete against drawing without supervision, from sanitary fit-out to pressed and welded utility pipework. We supply single plumbers on maintenance contracts and full gangs with their own chargehand for new-build programmes.

Where the scope includes welded carbon or stainless pipework, our welders and pipe fitters work alongside the plumbing crew rather than being subcontracted separately.

Grades and roles we supply

RoleWhat the grade covers
Plumbing supervisorRuns the plumbing crew, works from shop drawings, coordinates inspection and snagging with the main contractor.

Pipe fitter (plumbing)Threaded, grooved, pressed and welded pipework for domestic water, chilled water and utility services.
Drainage fitterSoil, waste and storm drainage installation, gradient setting, stack assembly and gravity system testing.
Firefighting fitterSprinkler and wet riser pipework, hangers and supports, installed to the approved shop drawings ahead of civil defence inspection.
Insulation and lagging helperPipe insulation, cladding and vapour barrier work following the pipework crew.

What we verify before deployment

  • Drawing and setting-out test, covering gradients, sleeve positions and levels, because first-fix errors are the expensive ones.
  • Practical joint assessment across the joining methods the scope needs, whether threaded, grooved, pressed or solvent weld.
  • Valid UAE labour card and health card, plus a site safety card where the project requires one.
  • Pressure testing awareness, so the crew can present a system for test rather than discovering leaks during handover.
  • Confined space and working at height awareness where the scope covers risers, tanks and plant rooms.

Common questions

Do you supply plumbers for MEP subcontractors?
Yes, MEP subcontractors are the majority of our plumbing clients. We supply gangs with a chargehand so you get output you can inspect rather than individuals you have to organise, and we scale the gang up or down as the programme moves between floors.
Can your plumbers handle welded pipework?
Plumbers cover threaded, grooved, pressed and solvent welded joints. For carbon or stainless steel welded pipework we supply certified welders and pipe fitters, and they work as part of the same crew rather than as a separate subcontract.
What is the minimum number of plumbers you supply?
We supply from a single plumber upward. For new-build programmes a gang of four to eight with a chargehand is usually the most productive unit; for maintenance contracts single plumbers on monthly rates are common.
Who provides tools and materials?
On manpower supply the client provides materials, power tools and PPE, and the plumber carries hand tools. If you would rather we supply tools and consumables, we quote that separately.
