Industrial, facility and post-construction cleaners supplied across the UAE under NSTC group sponsorship.

Cleaning is treated as the lowest-value line on a manpower schedule right up until a handover inspection fails on it. Post-construction cleaning in particular is a specific skill: removing cement residue, protective film, paint spots and dust from finished surfaces without damaging them.

NSTC supplies cleaners under group sponsorship for construction handover, industrial plant cleaning and facilities contracts. The workers are documented, insured and inducted, which matters more than it sounds when a client audits who is actually on their site.

Industrial cleaning inside operating plant is not the same as office cleaning, and we grade for it separately, including confined space awareness where the scope requires it.

What we verify before deployment

Valid UAE labour card and health card under NSTC group sponsorship, verified before roster inclusion.
Chemical handling awareness, including dilution, surface compatibility and correct storage of cleaning agents.
Surface damage awareness for post-construction work, where the wrong method on a finished surface creates a defect rather than removing one.
Confined space and plant awareness where the scope covers operating industrial environments.
Basic safety and PPE competence, including wet floor control and working around other trades.

Common questions

Do you supply cleaners under your own sponsorship?

Yes. Visa, labour card and payroll sit with NSTC. Accommodation, transport and food are agreed per contract. This matters for cleaning more than most categories, because it is the category where undocumented labour is most common in the market and where a client audit is most likely to find a problem.

Can you supply post-construction cleaning crews?

Yes, and we grade for it specifically. Post-construction cleaning is a distinct skill from daily facility cleaning, because removing cement residue and protective film from a finished surface without damaging it is a technique, not just effort.

Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment?

On manpower supply, consumables and equipment are the client scope. If you would prefer a cleaning package with materials and equipment included, tell us and we will quote it on that basis instead.

What is your minimum crew size for cleaning?

We supply from a single cleaner upward. For handover cleaning a crew with a supervisor is usually more effective, because area allocation and inspection readiness is what determines whether the clean passes first time.
