HVAC is the UAE trade with the least tolerance for weak staffing. Cooling load is not seasonal here in any meaningful sense, so a chiller down in August is an emergency, and a technician who cannot diagnose beyond changing a filter costs more than they save.

NSTC grades HVAC staff on diagnosis and installation competence separately, because installation technicians and maintenance technicians are different people with different value. We say which you are getting before you accept them.

We supply for both new installation programmes and running maintenance contracts, including surge staffing over summer when the fault call rate rises and the in-house team cannot absorb it.

Grades and roles we supply

Role	What the grade covers
HVAC supervisor	Runs the crew, works from mechanical drawings and schedules, coordinates testing and commissioning interfaces.
Chiller technician	Maintenance, fault diagnosis and servicing of chillers and central plant, including logs, pressures and temperature readings.
HVAC technician (installation)	Installation of FCUs, AHUs, split and package units, refrigerant pipework, drainage and controls interface.
HVAC technician (maintenance)	Planned and reactive maintenance, filter and belt changes, coil cleaning, fault finding and minor repairs.
Duct erector	Ductwork assembly, hanging, jointing and sealing to drawing, including dampers, grilles and diffusers.
Refrigeration pipe fitter	Copper refrigerant pipework, brazing, pressure testing, evacuation and charging support.
HVAC helper	Material handling, access support, insulation assistance and housekeeping around the technical crew.

What we verify before deployment

Practical diagnosis test for maintenance grades, because fault finding is the skill that separates a technician from a parts changer.
Installation assessment covering pipework, hanging, alignment and sealing quality for installation grades.
Valid UAE labour card and health card, plus a site safety card where the project requires one.
Refrigerant handling awareness, covering recovery, pressure testing and safe charging practice.
Working at height and confined space awareness for plant room, riser and ceiling void work.

Common questions

Do you supply chiller technicians or only AC technicians?

Both, and we distinguish them clearly. A chiller technician working on central plant is a different grade from a technician servicing split and package units, and we will not describe one as the other to fill a requirement.

Can you supply HVAC staff for summer peak only?

Yes, and it is a common arrangement with FM contractors. Short-term surge staffing over the peak months is usually more economical than carrying headcount year-round for a seasonal call volume. Book early, because everyone wants the same months.

Are your technicians experienced with UAE equipment brands?

Our technicians work on the equipment common in the UAE market. Tell us the plant you run and we will match technicians with relevant experience rather than sending someone who will learn on your equipment.

Do you supply HVAC and electrical staff together?

Yes, and it is often sensible. HVAC installation and maintenance regularly need an electrician for power and controls work, and supplying both from one source avoids the wait for another subcontractor to attend.
