Electrical manpower supply in the UAE

Electricians, cable pullers, jointers, panel wiremen and instrumentation technicians supplied as complete electrical crews across the UAE.

Electrical manpower is graded badly more often than any other discipline, because the gap between a worker who pulls cable and one who terminates a panel to schematic is invisible on a CV and obvious on site in the first week.

NSTC assesses electrical trades on drawing interpretation and practical termination quality, then tells you the grade before you accept anyone. A wireman works to drawing unsupervised; a chargehand runs a gang and checks output before inspection; a supervisor handles the drawings and the inspection interface.

We supply for MEP fit-out programmes, industrial plant work and facilities maintenance, with crews drawn from the group company closest to your site.

Trades in this discipline

Each trade below has its own page with grades, certification and what we verify before deployment.

TradeWhat they cover
ElectriciansContainment, wiring, accessories, lighting and small power installed and terminated to drawing.
Cable pullersLV and MV cable pulling, laying, dressing and glanding as part of a pulling gang.
Cable jointers and terminatorsTerminations and joints on LV and MV cable, with glanding, shrouding and continuity checks.
Panel wiremenDistribution boards, motor control centres and control panels wired to schematic, ferruled and labelled.
Instrumentation techniciansField instrument installation, loop wiring, tray and conduit for control systems.
Electrical helpersMaterial handling, containment support and housekeeping around the electrical gang.
Electrical supervisorsWork from single line and layout drawings, coordinate inspection and manage the crew.

How we build the crew

  • Drawing interpretation is tested, because reading a layout and a single line diagram is what actually separates the grades.
  • Termination quality assessed practically before a worker joins the deployment roster.
  • Safe isolation and lock-out discipline verified, since most electrical crews work on sites with a live permit system.
  • Authority expectations understood, covering DEWA, SEWA, ADDC and FEWA inspection where the scope touches utility supply.
  • Crews drawn from the nearest group company, so travel time does not eat into productive hours at each end of the day.

Where electrical crews deploy

MEP fit-out

Containment, wiring and accessory installation on tower, hotel and commercial interior programmes.

Industrial plant

Motor connections, cable tray, panel wiring and maintenance support in factories and process plants.

Substations and switchgear

LV and MV cable laying, glanding, termination and pre-commissioning support.

Facilities maintenance

Planned and reactive electrical crews for FM contractors and building owners.

Infrastructure

External lighting, feeder pillars, cable trenching and utility scopes.

Shutdown support

Common questions

How do you grade electricians?
On what they can complete unsupervised. A wireman installs and terminates to drawing on their own. A chargehand leads a small gang and checks output before it goes to inspection. A supervisor runs the crew, works from single line and layout drawings and coordinates inspection. We confirm the grade in writing before deployment.
Can you supply electrical crews for fit-out programmes?
Yes, and fit-out is a large part of our electrical work. Gangs with chargehands suit fit-out better than individuals, because the work moves floor by floor and the gang can be scaled as the programme progresses.
Do you supply instrumentation technicians?
Yes, for field instrument installation, loop wiring and associated tray and conduit. Instrumentation is a narrower pool than general electrical work, so give as much notice as you can on quantity and duration.
Do electricians bring their own tools?
Hand tools are normally carried by the electrician. Power tools, test instruments, access equipment and PPE are usually client-supplied on a manpower arrangement, though we can quote for providing them.
