Pipe and structural fabricators supplied to fabrication yards, workshops and industrial contractors across the UAE.

Fabrication output is measured in what passes dimensional check, not in what gets made. A fabricator who works accurately from drawings produces spools and assemblies that fit on site; one who does not produces rework that is discovered at the worst possible moment, during erection.

NSTC supplies fabricators graded on drawing interpretation and dimensional control, tested on an actual assembly rather than assessed from a CV. We supply for yard production and for site fabrication where the work has to happen in place.

Fabrication, welding and erection are the trades NSTC also deploys on its own contracting work, so these are workers we use ourselves rather than a category we resell.

Grades and roles we supply

Fabrication supervisor	Runs the shop or site fabrication crew, controls drawing revisions, material traceability and dimensional sign-off.
Chargehand fabricator	Leads a fabrication gang, allocates drawings, checks setting out and dimensional accuracy before welding.
Pipe fabricator	Spool fabrication from isometrics: take-off, marking, cutting, bevelling, fit-up and tacking in carbon and stainless steel.
Structural fabricator	Beams, columns, brackets, base plates, cleats and stiffeners fabricated from shop drawings.
Plate fabricator	Plate work for tanks, hoppers, chutes, ducting and vessel components, including rolling and forming support.
Fabrication helper	Material handling, grinding, cleaning, marking support and housekeeping around the fabrication crew.

What we verify before deployment

Drawing interpretation test on an actual isometric or shop drawing, because drawing accuracy is the whole job.
Dimensional control assessment, since an assembly out of tolerance is scrap rather than rework.
Cutting, bevelling and fit-up quality checked on a sample assembly before roster inclusion.
Valid UAE labour card and health card, plus a site safety card where the project requires one.
Material traceability discipline, including marking transfer and separation of carbon and stainless tooling.

Common questions

What is the difference between a fabricator and a pipe fitter?

In practice they overlap heavily. We use fabricator for workshop-based production from drawings, where dimensional control and throughput matter, and pipe fitter for site and erection fitting where fit-up to as-built conditions matters. Many workers do both and we grade them on both.

Do you supply fabricators with welders?

Yes, and normally as pairs or as a crew. Fabrication and welding are sequential on every assembly, so supplying them together from one source avoids the situation where your fabricator is waiting on a welder from another supplier.

Can your fabricators work to shop drawings and isometrics?

That is the test we grade them on. We give a real drawing and a required assembly, then check the result dimensionally. Fabricators who work accurately unsupervised are listed as such; those who need direction are graded and priced lower.

Do you have your own fabrication facility?

NSTC undertakes fabrication as a contracting scope as well as supplying fabrication manpower. If you want the spools delivered rather than the labour supplied, that is a contracting enquiry and we will discuss it on that basis.
