Twenty years supplying the UAE's industrial trades

Noor Al Shabab Technical Contracting was established in Sharjah in 2005. Today the group runs three licensed UAE companies supplying manpower and executing technical contracting scopes.

Our story

Built for industrial sites, not adapted from general labour

NSTC started in Sharjah in 2005 with a narrow purpose: give industrial clients fast, reliable access to workers who are technically capable and safety-ready. We did not set out to be a general labour agency, and the way we assess and grade workers still reflects that.

Our founding team came from contracting backgrounds rather than recruitment. That matters in practice. It is why our welder test is a test piece rather than an interview, why a fitter is asked to build a spool, and why a mason builds a panel before joining the roster.

Over time the group added licensed entities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, so crews can be sponsored and mobilised in the emirate where the work is. Alongside manpower supply, NSTC takes contracting scopes of its own: pipe fabrication, structural erection, tank work and protective coating. Supplying trades we also deploy ourselves is the difference between grading a worker and forwarding a CV.
