Electromechanical installation works

Mechanical and electrical installation across industrial and building projects, delivered as a scope rather than as supplied labour, through all three group companies.

NSTC takes electromechanical installation as a contracted scope: equipment installation, pipework, cable and containment, panel installation and pre-commissioning support. The work is handed over against your drawings rather than directed by you day to day.

This scope is available through all three group companies, so an industrial installation in Abu Dhabi runs under Royal Eagle Electromechanical Works, a Dubai fit-out under Shabab Al Najum Technical Services, and Sharjah work under the lead company. The crew mobilises from the emirate the work is in.

Where the same project also needs supplied labour, both come from one company. That removes the interface between the labour supplier and the installing contractor, which is usually where responsibility gets lost.

Common questions

Can we take the labour instead of the scope?
Yes. Electricians, mechanical fitters, pipe fitters and helpers are all available as supplied manpower if you would rather direct the crew yourself. The same workers do both, so the choice is about who carries the delivery risk rather than about who is available.
Which company would hold the contract?
Whichever of the three group companies is licensed in the emirate the work is in: Noor Al Shabab Technical Contracting in Sharjah, Shabab Al Najum Technical Services in Dubai, or Royal Eagle Electromechanical Works in Abu Dhabi. This is what lets a crew mobilise locally rather than travelling across the country.
Do you write the method statement?
We work under your procedures where you have them. Where you do not, we develop the method statement and submit it for your approval before mobilising. Either way nothing starts on site until the method is approved.
